This is a very popular Ayurvedic hair pack for hair fall control, scalp cleansing, and soft shiny hair.
Benefits of each ingredient
Bhringraj powder – helps strengthen roots and supports hair growth
Reetha powder – natural cleanser, removes oil and dirt
Shikakai powder – mild hair cleanser + helps reduce dandruff
Amla powder – strengthens hair, adds shine, may help reduce premature greying
Hibiscus flower powder – conditions hair, makes it soft and smooth
How to make the hair pack
Mix:
1 tbsp Bhringraj powder
1 tbsp Reetha powder
1 tbsp Shikakai powder
1 tbsp Amla powder
1 tbsp Hibiscus powder
Add:
warm water / curd / aloe vera gel as needed
Make a smooth paste.
How to use
Apply on scalp and hair length
Leave for 30–40 minutes
Wash with lukewarm water
No shampoo needed if using reetha
Use 1–2 times a week for best results.
If your hair is dry, use curd or aloe gel instead of plain water because reetha can be slightly drying.
